Week Recap
As I posted last week, I am now released from the doctor, post gallstone/gallbladder surgery. I can return to running but encouraged to ease back into it, and I will.
Wednesday – Run/walk intervals with my training groups
Thursday – 3 miles
Friday – 5 miles
Saturday – 3.82 miles (It was dreadfully hot so we walked the last 1.5)
I am ready to see how my training will go this week. Still not looking to run anything over 13 miles. I don’t need to right now because my next race, February 2nd is a 15k.
Along with running I will use my 10lb kettlebell, which I love, and throw in some yoga.
Last week I traveled to Thomasville, GA to visit one of my Oiselle dealers. I also enjoy going there because it’s a quaint little place. It was fun because my hubby came along for the ride, it happened to be his day off. We walked around before my appointment. Not to my surprise, he found a gun shop and the taxidermy. (which was a little creepy to me)
Saturday was the Pensacola Beach Half. I had several friends running so I went out to cheer them on. I ran into my friend, Larisa, from Zero to Twenty Six Point Two.
It’s always fun to meet up with other FitFluential and SweatPink Ambassadors. She lives in Mobile, which is not very far from Pensacola, so I’m sure we will see each often!
I hope everyone has a productive week planned! I definitely do!

My week is going to fly by…at least I hope that it does!
So happy for you that you got released to run again.
That’s great Tasha! It’s hard to believe we are in the third week of January! Thanks so much!
You’re such great friend for going out there and cheering your friends on! I love meeting other ambassadors as well. Now that I live in SoCal, I have not meet one.. this state is too large! ha Have a great week! xo
Aww, thank you Lisa! California is a big state but I bet there are some Ambassadors close by you may not know about yet!
